Enterprise Leadership Transformation (ELT)

The Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) is a one-year programme to help business leaders strengthen business capabilities and develop strategies for the next bound of growth. The programme is conducted by a network of partners including public and private education institutes, financial institutions, and industry experts.

This programme has four key components:

1. Executive Learning

Held over a period of approximately six months. (Please note that this schedule may vary across different Programme Managers.)

Strengthen your business fundamentals through learning about topics such as leadership, business strategy, human capital, financial management, digitalisation, innovation, sustainability and internationalisation.

2. Business Coaching

Receive at least 40 hours of guidance from experienced private-sector business coaches and industry experts on your business growth plans. Each Programme Manager has their own group of business coaches, including Wayne Siew, Managing Director of Amplify Consulting, with more than 20 years of experience.

3. Market Immersion Trip

Discover regional opportunities, gain exposure to overseas best practices, and uncover new perspectives and resources for business innovation and value creation.

4. Community Events

Throughout your ELT journey, network with fellow SME business leaders and access thought leadership content at our community events. These events include internationalisation, innovation and sustainability workshops, fireside chats with successful business leaders and industry experts.

Eligibility and Fees

In order to be eligible for this program, your business must be:

Business entity registered and operating in Singapore
Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership
Company revenue is at least S$5 million (in the latest financial year)
At least one participant must be a Founder, Owner or Successor (FOS) of the business

The course fee is on average S$30,000 per participant before subsidies. Companies eligible for subsidies pay approximately S$4,000, or S$1,000 (if tapping on the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit).

You Must Know This
Before Your Apply for the EDG

If you apply for EDG support for management consultancy-related costs, you must engage management consultants with the Singapore Accreditation Council -accredited TR 43 or SS 680 certification.
